These terms govern your use of continentalautosavings.com. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of these terms

continentalautosavings.com (the "Site") is operated by ADSS Group LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as Continental Auto Savings. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What we are — and are not

The Site is an advertising-supported informational website. It links to third-party companies that advertise with us.

Any quote, rate, coverage term, eligibility determination, or policy you obtain comes solely from the third-party company you choose to visit, and is subject to that company's own terms, underwriting standards, licensing, and state availability.

3. Advertiser compensation

We are compensated by the company we link to when you click through to them. That compensation is why the company appears on the Site. The Site does not include every insurance company or offer available in the market, and the presence of a company on the Site is not a ranking, rating, endorsement, recommendation, or statement that it is suitable for you.

4. No guarantee of savings or results

Insurance rates and availability vary by state, driver, vehicle, driving history, coverage selections, and insurer. We make no representation that you will save money, qualify for coverage, or receive any particular rate. Savings are not guaranteed and individual results will vary.

5. Informational content only

General information on the Site about shopping for insurance is provided for convenience only. It is not legal, financial, or insurance advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed insurance professional in your state. Do not rely on it in making coverage decisions.

6. Third-party websites

The Site contains links to websites operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, services, privacy practices, or the accuracy of anything they tell you. 10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADSS GROUP LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE REACHED FROM IT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADSS Group LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Albany County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
